Im not trying to rock the boat, im loaded in semi's but when I see the banks begin to sell off, that tells me that something is wrong. I think Greenie will do what he always does with interest rates in 3's. (i.e fall of 98 3 times he cut rates) The pattern is clear. His comments recently (not just yesterday) stated if the market rallies, he will correct it. With y2k not too far away, he doesn't want the financial markets to collapse like in 98.

Hence the rally we are seeing is based on him not moving interest rates. If he does, all of these gains will be wiped out in a day.
