Offer up 5 Million shares of Avidia to the public at $20 for 100 Million total cash to the new company. Issue .75 new shares of Avidia for each PAIR share, for a total outstanding of 55 Million shares.

Then sit back and watch it trade to $150 per share for a total market cap of $8.25 Billion.

Now thats a plan. And sadly enough, probably our best chance to ever see those kind of returns from this company.
