I'd like to address point #1. Alan Lutz has had exactly one year to fix the many management problems at NN and I feel he has addressed virtually all of them through discarding entrenched upper/middle mgmt and replacing it with new blood. Unfortunately, it then takes still more time for these people to have an effect on company results. An ocean liner doesn't corner like a grand prix race car. I'm going to give NN another year in my portfolio before I give up on it. I still believe it has great potential to be a 5 or 10 bagger.
