jmac, To understand the problem is to understand the possibility and kind of solution. This is the vast majority of Rambus' future. A discussion regarding this should be had. But, I agree with you. Companies like intel don't have to and probably won't. That doesn't mean the questions whould not be asked. I do totally agree with you. This is why I put a lot of effort into trying to understand any technical weaknesses in what Rambus is doing. If I can see what has gone wrong and be convinced that any solution is a real one rather than papering over the cracks it will make a big difference to my future investment plans. John
