Barrie, Last year, didn't Robert say that JAWZ would have $75 million in revenues for their CSA security group by 2000, and thats not even including product sales according to him. This is not the first instance where I will call Robert's credibility into question. He has constantly overstated numbers and created a ton of "hype". Based on the above number, JAWZ needs to do over $200,000 worth of business a DAY. Again Barrie, I was one of the stocks biggest fans at 18 cents and on the way up, and I went along with alot of what Robert was saying. He produced nothing and neither has the company in terms of real solid revenues. have a good one.

This is the last time that I will be posting as the official JAWS IR representative on any of the Net discussion forums (Raging Bull, SI, etc.) The company has decided that with the appointment of Kerk Hilton as Director of Investor Relations, JAWS would be better served to have all of their IR personnel in-house. I was given the opportunity to move to Calgary to be part of the IR team, but I declined the invitation. (Calgary's a great city, but I love living in Vancouver.) As I've said several times, first and foremost, I'm a major shareholder in the company - and while I personally have mixed emotions about not being officially involved in what I believe will be a very exciting next few months for the company, this was absolutely the correct decision for JAWS to have made. Because we now have fully reporting status, JAWS legal counsel has advised the company to stop participating in the internet discussion forums. The legal concern with discussion forums is that the possibility exists for companies to (a) contribute to selective disclosure and (b) encourage rumours and stock hype/promotion. I have been assured that within the next 2 - 3 months, JAWS will start having regularly scheduled quarterly conference calls and will be issuing quarterly updates/financial reports. The scheduling of these events will be posted well ahead of time on the website in a "JAWS Investor Calendar". Further IR tools such as road show presentations will be included on the website, so that every investor will have equal access and will get a comprehensive insight into the business. The website itself - especially the IR section - will be dramatically overhauled. There will be a phase-out period of about 2 weeks in which I will still be handling phone calls and in-coming investor e-mails. Until I am officially "gone", I will not post in the discussion groups.
