Having reviewed just about everything I can find on MO, it seems that we are left with a singular question:

Will Mo have to post a bond when they appeal the Engle award? Yes, I assume that there will be a huge award and an ultimate win on appeal. If a bond is necessary, it will be bankruptcy and havoc with the price of MO. Maybe even a buying opportunity for those with big stones. No bond, we start a slow climb upward after the shock of the award! Any alternative scenarios?
