<Intel has had some highly visible DELAYS - there is no denying that fact.

Of course, all these same OEMs remember AMD's K6 and K6-2 DELIVERY problems - long after these chips were supposed to be shipping.>

Unless you are saying that Intel with its CuMine will have credibility problems just as AMD did with its K6, this discussion about who screwed up more - is basically mud-wrestling. Feel free to wrestle with yourself, I have no interest in getting into the mud.

Paul, it sure seems to me that you hate AMD even more than you seem to love Intel. If you were only modestly neutral you could provide the rest of us useful information and I am sure many of us would gladly listen. However, you just plain spout too much vitriol. I read every post on this thread and many others and I just gag when I read the stuff you think you have to write. Why don't you just talk to us rationally? We all know that AMD hasn't made money and its stock is mired. What do you gain by repeating it 100 times per day. Some of us invest in this stock because it has potential.
