Foley's new employer, Donner Corp. International , gave a really fine buy recommendation on the 27th.

A little problem with the PR, however, they indicated that Comanche Energy, Inc (CMCY) was traded on the OTC Bulletin Board. Maybe they didn't know that CMCY had been delisted on the 21st.

Janice, the NASDR failed to send the disclosure records for Foley after my first request via their website. So I phoned the California Dept. of Corporations and got it from them.

The trouble with the printout from the state agency is that it has a lot of boxes and borders and stuff on it that makes it impractical for me to scan and post the accompanying text.

I made two more requests to the NASDR earlier this week, one by web and one by phone. I also requested a report on his previous employer. We'll see if NASDR comes through this time.

BTW, Donner has zero reportable disclosure events. So, they might be cleaner than some of Foley's previous employers. Their VP who heads the brokers does have disclosures, however. I don't have any idea, though, what they might be or whether they are serious.
