Ask Daniel if he remembers all of the talk from the company saying there would be no more dilution. If I remember right it started when the outstanding was less than 100,000,000 and continued till it hit about 195,000,000 and this happened..... dailyrocket.com Then check out what the float was right after this and how much it is now. While you're at it look and see how many shares were given to spencer every year. Every time he had a vote on increasing the authorized it just so happened he owned just a little over 50 % of the voting stock.
