Who does Donner's DD? I'm not sure, but I do see that they have two registered brokers listed on their website. The first has a disclosure record with NASDR. The second only recently began working as a broker. Until a year ago he worked for local construction companies. Then he joined Donner, where according to the co. website he "authors the Donner Corp. International Technical Market Forecast newsletter." I always wondered what qualifications are required to write a TA newsletter.
