In your opinion, will the closing price from today influence the per share price SanDisk can expect from the offering?

If shares were offered today then the downward pressure from the overhang should have been felt today. We saw the exact opposite.

How do you explain that?

In other words, the shares come on the market on Monday.

The only announcement I found said that the offering was expected some time next week. Did you find something more specific? Can you supply a link or extract?
