CF et als.,

A lot of great posts regarding the impact of convertibles on the stock price, "investor" maneuvers, and likely outcomes for those of us who are familiar with only the convertibles that let you feel the wind in your hair.

Well, I don't consider this the 'final' or absolute definitive source for this data, but reliable enough:
biz.yahoo.com

States the float as 42 million, updated as of Oct. 28. My understanding is that insiders hold/control approx. 79% of the outstanding so that float # may be in the right ball park.

At any rate, I plan at some point in the not-too-distant future to have or still have some shares for the long term.
