Mark As women get older the are freeing themselves from these bonds and the dower system slowly erodes....which accounts for the lack of a rise in price in silver and gold....India is not buying and hoarding the way they used to. They buy less and the hoards are being freed up. India is still a net accumulator, but soon they will start to liquidate. Fortuneately this will occure at a slow, generational, pace...unless the price soars then it will flood out.
