CHENNAI: The board of directors of RSL Industries Ltd is meeting on October 30 to consider the issue of bonus shares and issue of preference shares on a rights basis.

The board will also consider the accounts for the period ended September 30, 1999, a Madras Stock Exchange (MSE) release states. - Our Bureau(bl)

Another point is that India's domestic oil production is increasing steadily though marginally it may be.

Something that is more than offset by India's oil consumption, that is growing at a much faster clip. Thanks in large part to its terrible public transportation systems and the hundreds of thousands of government bureaucrats and their bosses sucking at the government teat. Neither of these is going to change for the better any time soon.
