Jay, re: "if it prices tonight or Monday a.m" if it does price on Monday a.m., when the last share is sold we can reasonably expect that the investment bankers will stop calling their clients. When that happens, SNDK may well take a thud. This is not an IPO where you have pent-up demand exceeding supply. This is a secondary offering and secondaries often crash after they are completed. Does anyone have a handle on precisely when this secondary will become history? Craig
