Amir, GE has lots of financial cos., which means they can take capital gains in this market to pad eps reports. The Dow doesn't have that. The stock is silly in its overvaluation, but I wouldn't make it a major target. They not only have trick accounting, but the co. portfolio that allows them a rabbit in many hats.

Gilead is one of my old favorites. The flu product looks solid and I am cautiously optimistic about the new Aids drug. On a PE basis, it is overpriced, but a nice backlog and a history of getting research to market. I love the co. and am wishy-washy on the stock at these levels.
