The only reason a secondary can sell if it is sold. And when that selling pressure eases off, prices will fall.

Craig, I am not sure what you mean by this.

My only point is why would people bid up a stock by 10 points today if they know a secondary is coming out and they think that they can get it cheaper few days later? I think that the people buying a secondary from their broker on Monday at 60 (assuming it goes off Monday morning) will think that they are getting a bargain as much as the people buying it this afternoon. I know it wasn't a bargain a month or so ago at 90, but the major contributor to a 30 point drop is behind us. It cost SNDK a few weeks of lost inventory, but everything is looking up. Big price increases take effect in 60 days, supply is coming back on line, etc. I don't need to list the superb fundamentals here. The stock is a bargain, with or without 10% dilution.

We'll see what Mr. Market thinks.
