Feel free to disagree, or agree -- I appreciate you opinions, comments, and ideas. I bought more CUBE yesterday and think that we have a few points to the upside, especially after the up move in HLIT today! I am just trying to "explain" the market reaction to this deal. Sunday night I agreed with BS (does not happen often) that there was something to the lack of insider activity. Wednesday night, I posted the stock should open up 7 points on Thursday (we got 6 3/8ths). I also noted the taxable nature of C-semi no matter what CUBE management did (sell or spin). I don't think that has been understood here. Just trying to help. And oh yeah, I was also (me thinks) the first to post I would vote no to this deal. This taxable spin-off will not help my long term plans -- don't like the deal overall with this structure, and neither does the "market". That said, there is great value here for those willing to wait more than a day or two. Good Luck.
