Both myself and my girlfriend went to interviews with this company, me with the CFO, her with the founders. From what we both took away- its basically a joke: a marketing program administered over the internet, pretending to be a company. The CFO told me that upwards of 60% of registered users dont use this site after they register, and that the major portals yahoo, excite, and major ecommerce cos amazon, ebay, have either rejected them, or "not fully embraced" the program. My feelings are -stay away, this company's a joke and there's no way they can make it on their own. It could be a buyout play-but why would anyone have to pay 500m for something they could negotiate with the airlines and build in-house themselves? ps - nice ipo- it went DOWN on day 1.
