I see. I don't believe you'll see F16 until the need for a 300mm "green field" fab is needed. So far, only D1C in Oregon is officially slated for 300mm.

Without directly answering the above...

1) Barrett made it pretty clear that Ft. Worth would probably be brought online as 300mm.

2) Now you have to decide if Copper is going to appear on 200mm. If you believe it will, it would make sense that Intel's current fabs would be converted, unless there are green field fabs in the works besides Ft. Worth (highly unlikely, IMO, but I suppose it's possible). If you believe Copper will not happen until 300mm, Ft. Worth is as good as place as any in this scenario, excepting, of course. D1C in Oregon.
