Michael M. Connors, President Emeritus of AOL Technologies,
Chairman of the Board of Webley Systems.

WaveXpress is well positioned to participate in driving the evolution of the communications industry,'' said Mike Connors. ''I'm elated at the opportunity to help this company meet its potential which, in my mind, is fundamentally creating a new broadband channel to the home -- one that is as powerful, more available and easier to receive than cable, DSL or satellite. The company has great technology, excellent partners and very strong patents. My goal is to help execute on the potential of broadcast broadband.''

Wave Systems also owns a digital broadcasting company called WaveXpress (formerly InTelecast), which is a joint venture with Sarnoff (the #1 digital broadcasting company). Wave owns 60%/Sarnoff 40%. Together, with The Fantastic Corp, WaveXpress will provide digital content broadcasted from satellite to mobile "receivers" which will contain an EMBASSY System. This technology is set to explode. This is techology that can be used in the home, the hand-held, the automobile, the boats and aircraft, etc. Digital Broadcasting in the US is set to be an industry worth over 1 Trillion. Europe is currently 6 months ahead of the US in developing this. This opportunity lends itself very well to wireless software distribution and interactive gaming.

You may be right but having not followed Msr. Wexler I can not voice an opinion on that one.

And, with that, I bid you all adieu...

Mr. Wexler has, in effect, advised his readers to pay $10 for what he calls a "piece of crap."

Imagine what value he might place on the stock if he believed even a fraction of what is available at the links provided toward the end of post #4442.

This is not mere touting. But out of respect for your opinion to the contrary, I will not trouble you again (unless compelled by an unfair retort).
