Not likely. JDSU is photonics; mostly optical with a high percentage of Phd's in physics. Very difficult to duplicate the labs and research facilities. Companies like Lucent,Nortel,Alcatel could challenge JDSU but they have too much on their plate's already and have chosen to buy from JDSU rather then manufacture.
