I understood and appreciated your simile loud and clear the first time. My, <All the shenanigans going on here on the street. When the time arrives so will the company and the stock price, period.> statement was foundationed on my perception of the street overplaying all the concerns regarding ATHM. I realize that time alone now will bear this out and am happy to see the base even if we get a little muddy. I (and many others) do not see failure inherent in either their position or their strategy. A while back I had posted about one of their whiz bang executives (his name eludes me and presently I have not the time to search) with a remarkable education, smarts, savvy, vision and a respected dynamic personality to actualize vision. He and others are present and building an evolving future that I see having merit and succeeding. I admit the company is young, is learning as it grows and has several sets of parents. I believe the 'genetic material' inherent in the 'stock' will mature to fruition a robust adult that will take long strides and open up much new territory in this arena. I have often considered a fictional metaphor of the Wright Brothers to illustrate the reality of perseverance and personal character necessary to success. Imagine in their day all the 'wise elder locals' scorning Orville and Wilbur's efforts and their 'waste' of creative energy. Others: "Why don't you fellers get down to the serious business of running your bicycle shop, or get a real job farming? Build'in airplanes? Why people think you boys are a bit touched if you know what I mean. If your Daddy were still alive why he'd be ashamed of what you are doing. I'm only trying to help you boys cause I'd hate to see you lose your shop." Wright Brother's: Smile. Nod respectfully and keep their efforts focused on their project. They made their vision reality, period. Glad to see you back.
