How can anyone agree to a wage by accepting it and then be owed yet more money above the original deal ??

Here's a scarry one for X-Husbands with Child Support.

There was a recent case where a fellow paid out of his weekly wages for child support faithfully as ordered by a court.

The children grew up and 10 years after they were on there own the fellow ran into GOOD FORTUNE and made good in some business.

The X-Wife took him back to court claiming that the amount he had paid was insufficient but that she had accepted it because he was only a wage earner.

The Court rule that he had to pay additional support for the children that were not even at home any longer....

Just in case -
Anyone thinks they will ever be FREE in this LAND under these COURTS !
