glenn- interesting, but its not like this is going to be a LT decline pattern. if WEBV gets the valuation they think they will (and those figures toward profit in the SF market alone seem a little dubious), then it will be no problem for PPOD to raise additional funds through a placement. that means more marketing, more scale and more competition. this isnt going to be an overnight thing. however, looking at where they are now and where the competition is, wouldnt it make more sense to join up as opposed to fighting it out? good luck to all, trey
