SF, thanx for reply...eyes open? novel idea, but how're you supposed to trade like that? Have this little TV by my bed, 2:30am, turn on CNBC...and sometimes just go back to sleep.<g> It's that Maria B who can wake me up, shouting from the floor, as if seeing a vision, the great god of capitalism surounded by the saints of economy...she tranforms so early in middle of my night...I've noticed many great fluctuations in bids/asks from second to second sometimes, like HLIT Fri., it would flash 53..56..50,...55 all in the same 20-30 seconds. Is this an error, is this MM manipulation? This is intra-day, not opening/closing where it's understandable. I pretty much know a P&D on threads now, but MM stuff is my next learning goal. Appreciate the time.

Occasionally I'll click on a post from someone who's recommending a stock, someone I don't know. I always go to the poster's profile and read a few recent posts. Invariably the same stock is being touted, the same message repeated, on several threads. This means one thing only to me; pass. There are too many fines 'Gemmers with integrity who willingly share their info, expertise and time. I don't want or need the pushers. The character of our thread is special and unique and I'd be surprised if these characters get much response from us. (Lee)
