Bruce, OLS: That was released Friday October 29, 4:32 pm Eastern Time. the article also mentions that the commission would be closed Mon. and Tues. The deadline for their decision would have passed by Wed. so the statement had to be released before then I assume. It may be that expectations were for the release to occur earlier on Friday which led to disappointment as seen in the drop in price. The cash infusion from the sale should be a positive and now it's more of a "surprise" than it ordinarily would have been. Monday will be interesting. Doug R
