Hello, thebeach, take care of that hand - that does Not sound like an easy break! I cringe just thinking about it. Prayers for your full/flexible recovery. H.

thebeach, if you can't use that hand then you won't be able to call your broker or trade on line to trade options.... better send me all your money for safe-keeping and I will trade for you. Afterall, what are friends for? : - )

Did they have to put pins in your wrist? I broke mine a few years ago when I was younger and more stupid than I am now. Really it was possible for me to be stupider than I am now :-) I was playing Rugby against Rice University. They had to put two pins in my wrist. It took a year for me to get my full flexibility back.
Good luck!!
