But, he looks good on TV! Ever wonder if a two tiered citizenship would be good in America? It wouldn't fly, because of the democratic process. But, I've always thought that people should earn a right to vote. Service to the country, passing an education plan similar to the citizenship program, or similar rigeurs to become a full citizen. Of course, I also think that we ought to have the House voted on by everybody, and in the Senate, each person gets a number of votes equal to their marginal tax rate.... True representation of taxation, but again, it would never fly, but even some of us young folk are still dreamers.
