Once the metals markets realize its real, which will take a month or 3 months there will be an iniital rush for shares. No telling how high they will be bid.

After some time when trading ranges are established, those which have not yet been bought will settle down with a major correction because it will correctly be understood that pm prices will be falling and the great margins will shrink.

But don't worry, you will have plenty of time to sell and retire 20 times over if you have a good position.

From your question to God's ears. Maybe he'll pay attention.

arnold, <<..and precious metal reserves zoom...what then?>>

Ed did reply to your question, and I'am near clueless comparied to Ed
in these matters, but I can comment in question format.

gold - Limited commercial use, as Zeev mentioned gold is not as good
as copper in electrical usage except for its better corrosive factor.

platinum groups - A web url was posted here recently, and if one of these has
that high hardness factor to be used in critical areas like airplane engines,
then I doubt enough could ever be mined, and price will remain high
while usage explodes but is never in an over supply.

Did not this thread last year talk about water on one of Global's properties
that tested high for a precious metal ?
