I discussed this with Israel the other day and he speculated that toy e-commerce in Europe was far behind North America and perhaps they were taking a stab being a European E-toy. Wild guess but plausible....??
On re-reading the release, I see it is PLCO doing the European IPO.
"spreading themselves too thin" -- It could be, but then again, $ 130,000,000 IPO. If it washes they're into some serious working capital. Remember JonK mentioned it was oversubscribed. It's sure got me intrigued and putting a little zip back into this play.

''As e-Toys (Nasdaq:ETYS - news) was first in the US, we are first in Europe. Our plans include rapid expansion with distribution throughout Europe within six months.'' exclaims Richard Brady, Company President. ''Orders in the first week of operation have averaged more than $65US per order, a very favorable response. We are positioning ourselves to be the toy leader on the internet in the European Common Market. We believe that the European market represents $100 Billion in toys, videos, and children related products.,'' continued Mr. Brady
