Dear Harry, For clarification to the second "writer": the Company is selling almost 11 million shares, and various insiders have aprox 7 million for sale ( wording within filing indicates that this # could increase substantially depending on share price, if someone has read that section and can explain it, would be appreciated ) at any rate the number as is known now is aprox 18 million being sold. MS is not one of the people listed as selling within the APO.,,B

So what? Anybody can register a domain name for 75 bucks. The trick is putting revenue-generating content on those domains. So far, nothing, zip.....and I'm not holding my breath. The company hasn't even added "improved navigation" to their main web site. You think that a firm that developed the CNN site(s) is developing two new sites for FNTN? You're not sure where you heard that, but you believe it? I'm amazed you still believe it given FNTN's track record. So Alan had been working day and night? I can't wait until FNTN unveils to the world what he's been working hard on. Let's hope the stock price won't be 0 by the time they're ready. Where should shareholders look for some positive research? From the company? From its management letters? From sec documents? From 144's? ------------------------------------------------------ USAB seems poised to move because of multiple developments - most of all a possible exposure of a professional paid basher on Yahoo message boards and very heavy insider buying reported today on "insider" at Yahoo quotes. Is professional bashing legal? All we know it that the character created multiple copies of himself and only got caught when he took a one hour break in the middle of a busy chat session and all the other chatters also disappeared. Regular posters seem to have returned to the board today with a sigh of some relief.
