In my opinion its several things. For one, arbitrage going on between PLCOP and PLCO, where you short the common, go long the preferred (or just short the preferred naked) expecting that the common will fall because of the conversion. Another possibility is the disappointment of PLCO not opening the US website in a timely manner. And perhaps just a general lack of interest in the BB market that seems to happen Every summer. Israel
