New global finance forum to hold 1st session Dec. 16 ------------------------------------------------------------------------ A new global forum will hold its first meeting in Berlin, possibly on Dec. 16, to discuss ways of averting the financial crises that have swept Asia and other parts of the world in recent years, an international financial source said Friday.
