Average shmoe, I believe "The sword is mightier than the pen", "Might makes right" and "To the victors go the spoils" just to quote a few memorable sayings.....if you check your history (which you're suppose to be pretty good at)you'll find that the above sayings usually "bear fruit" or as we used to say in school "F....k,fight or hold the light".....bottom line is, let the natives, or anyone else for that matter, fend for themselves.You put up zero, you get zero. "Crush em like grapes I say" Survival is for the fittest.....Actually the problem isn't the Native groups anyway, it's the suck-ass, bleeding heart, pseudo intellectual liberals that make up your government and have taken over your once proud land........what ever happened to "O Canada"............. well that should stir things up a little, eh!

Because of time and history the only Ceaser that still exists is the one at my local bar. Times change and so do boundaries. What I would like to see is Europe and Asia coming to the plate first ,restoring the lands to its original inhabitants and descendants. Then they can teach us how it is done and explain to me how I should feel guilty. Then we can go to Africa and Asia then South America. If the government of Canada agrees to and puts the rules in place that 49% belongs to the natives, plus having to come up with the capital costs, employ those natives, then all exploration companies know that going in. However, if such a rule was in place,there would be no exploration in Canada and a new economic reality would take hold and native groups would be wanting a different deal. Personally I don't think a deal like that could exist, after all, the other game is much more fun for natives and bureaucrats. No new wealth would be created. You see Joe it is always easier to claim a part of wealth that is created than to go and create the wealth yourself. (That is why the government is always in your back pocket.) By the way, I believe that when a country extends certain rights and privileges to a group of people based on race, then those policies are racist. When you have policies that discriminate you eliminate them and do not create new policies that just change who you discriminate against. The people who have been discriminated against should know this better than anyone.
