Although 350,000 users would be great, my understanding is that that takes some kind of allocation of resources on the part of the company. If they just go out to grab everyone they can and end up with a list of 350,000 users. Many of them may not actually use it and that would greatly diminish the number of views they would get on their Ads. If they have already allocated enough server capacity for 350,000 users and are paying for it and at the same time the number of views are decreasing, their profits will suffer as a result. At this point, a steady business plan was very wise. Now when the Toronto market comes in and they have more cash, higher stock value and many more opportunities for mergers and acquisitions (both ways) they can splurge a little bit and try to shoot for numbers.
