Second, authorization was granted to issue up to 100% of the outstanding common stock (8,451,136) valued at the maximum allowable discount by the ASE, or less as determined by directors, in connection with one or more private placements by the company. This appears to position the company to pursue an acquisition should it be deemed to be in the best interests of the company and it's shareholders. Looks like they are in takeover mode

Cima you ever heard of these guys they are big, go cruise their site, I also see they have a Canadian company, United States Company smith-intl.com Canadian company sicl.com On the USA site you can check rigs working this year vs last with per cent gain (loss) figures, kinda interesting, activity way down but it will no doubt turn for the better, When it does service companies like HYD will be working full speed ahead. I like the potential. john
