I came across this anatomy of Anthony J Marchiano's ownership of shares in Winfield Capital's 13D/A and his previously filed 13D back in 1997. I'm sure this doesn't relate directly to this case, but you can see the kind of money involved in just this one security. By my reckoning it looks like he had already netted about $840K before he dropped below the 5% threshold for reporting his sales. As of 7/31/98 his 258K shares at $12 per share were worth over $3M. Kind of cool when you own a brokerage that pumps a stock that you have a significant stake in.
