Hi, Ken-- Welcome aboard. Sorry to hear that your install seems to have a glitch. I'm certain Janene or Gary from Q+ will be able to fix the problem very quickly. Unfortunately, they do not check in with this board all that frequently anymore. Instead, everyone seems to have migrated to qplus' own discussion board at discussion2.iland.com or to the onelist board at onelist.com Hope this helps, and all the best with your trading. doug
