Jim, I don't understand the main reasoning behind wanting to reverse split...with only the shares outstanding @ 22,817,000. Market cap of $ 570,425 at the moment is right in line with a shell, so i can't understand why the company would burn the current shareholders like this after all that they have said in the last few months.
