MM: The stuff that makes the flowers grow. Let's post some rational thought on the case not high sounding speculation. I'll find a pro MSFT paper and post it. I did like the part where the writer recognizes the fact that this guy is risking the whole of the tech industry ywith the spectre of continual government scrutiny and interference. Let us say some competitor of AOL Mindspring for one fails to make a buck and decides it is all AOL's fault and because of this precedent Mindspring takes AOL to court and asks that the be dismantled. So what took Mr. Case and his men decades to build will be deconstructed by some ninny judges gavel wielding. Give me a break. This is not the USSR. JFD
