And isn't it easier to wipe someone out if you can vilify them first.

re: "...wouldn't you kill if god commanded you to?"

You "sir" are one sick individual. Hearing voices lately? Set off any bombs lately?

What makes you so sure your so called god actually exists. Oh thats right, your bible told you so. Blind faith and all that. So what do YOU actually know for real? Judging from the above reference. NOTHING.

CC--Those priests could hardly draw Biblical precedence from the acts of Joshua and call it Christian. At the time of Joshua, Christianity did not exist. Jesus had yet to bring His message to the Jews. The priests had no excuse, because the message HAD been received. If God commanded me to kill, I would. I can easily say that because I know He will not. BTW, you are behind the latest, and most accurate, translations of the ancient texts. The commandment is "you will not murder". This makes perfect sense because the commandments were given to Moses in Exodus and, in Leviticus, God gave Moses a list of the types of people he was to kill in the purification on the world. Before the earthly kingdom of God could be established, changes had to be made to accommodate it. TD
