I'm not so sure about that, I think maybe it is one of those rules that they don't enforce unless it becomes blatant. I ask about this guy 3 or 4 times to several different SI adim people but they would never answer me. He isn't really blatant but more than a couple of the companies that he profiles don't trade anymore, he was fined by the SEC and is involved in another case before them that hasn't been resolved if I remember right.

MG, SI Bob mentioned to me once that he is very hesitant to remove anything that might be considered evidence in a court case. That's probably why he didn't take it down.

Let's say somebody lost alot of money because of a stock that Wimbledon pumped . . . they would need that post as evidence in the event they filed a lawsuit.
