regine: Spot on and the value angle should have been a greater element in the MSFT defense. I owned a MAC for 20 yrs until Win 98 and I paid through the nose for software and peripherals as well as slower Macs without having the wide choie of products available that MSFT had. This is another point that MSFT should have emphasized- they got too embroiled in defending their locker room talk and the normally tough negotiating tactics they employed.JFD
