What has me stumped is why Stuart Bockler is threatening to sue Chalem and Lehmann for stealing his research. I can just envision the (entire) case for the defense...

I think he doth protest too much.

BTW, isn't it funny that there appear to be two people named "Stuart" involved in this case? Stuart Winkler and Stuart Bockler/Bockstein.
