Jack - you might want to take a look on the DELL thread for an extended exchange between Kelley and me.

The unthinkable has happened - Kelley is bearish on DELL!! He feels that DELL will achieve Niles' prediction of .17-.18 and not the .20-.21 that was expected before the DELL "warning". I responded that DELL management had not said they would miss expectations, only that there would be some impact from rising DRAM costs. I still expect DELL to exceed those earlier estimates by a penny or two.

If Kelley is right, I will eat those DELL 40 puts. I may think seriously about buying them back on any reasonable opportunity next week.

Kelley is fairly astute about DELL, although in the past he has erred on the high side. When I get more bullish than he is, I start to wonder if I am missing something. Normally, Kelley would be sneering at Niles and pointing out all the reasons that Niles is off base. Now he's going after me because I think DELL will do better than Niles prediction.

What's wrong with this picture??
