ABU DHABI (Reuters) - The United Arab Emirates oil minister Saturday called on fellow oil producing countries to rein in production in order to bolster crude prices.

Obaid bin Saif al-Nasseri told a gas conference that world stockpiles of oil are still too high and stricter adherence to pledged output cuts was required to reduce them.

``Despite some decline over the past few months all reports indicate that (oil stockpiles are) still high and above the level recorded in the past three years,' Nasseri said.

OEI...Why I think it has the incentive to excel for shareholder value...CEO Mr. Hackett says..
"For example, I do not make any base salary. My base salary was traded in for stock, starting in September of 1998. All of my compensation comes from performance, basically bonuses and equity value. Also, the Chairman of the company is
our largest single shareholder."
Next on my list of hit parade is CRK...Earnings out very soon and with two new wells producing commercially life has just begun to be good.
All this talk about Crude taking a dive one more time...I just have to say "Mr. Freeze says we are at the bottom and from here on out up is the way...We will not see 65 again this year period... E wave is good but GREED Wave is much better. Face it Gary winter is just about upon us and the draw has begun...
