MB: I didn't read anything into your initial post as your rebuttal underscores. Please read my most recent post before this one and give your self a broader perspective than that gleaned from the usual liberal anti-MSFT pap promulgated in the media. As for pecuniary interest mine is more than significant and even at that I applaud MSFT for not caving in for the sake of expediency and short term relief. I stand to lose a fortune if this thing gets ugly and that is with owning a huge number of puts at 80. JFD
