could some of this 'outflow' be 'losses'?

a nutty thought about S+P rise
tied into YEN, elections+need to raise rates

i guess i think that any major foreign policy issues/treaties will impact the market once the big boyz are told what the fed's need
then they buy S+P's and the herd says 'ohh, let's buy or we miss out'

a cynical thought from up north, must be the lack of sun :)
