Can't blame them. But, in this case, it is representative of the City of St. Louis only. St. Louis County is totally different. There Charter got a free ride, no interference. T would be the same. This is why the entire mess in so frustrating. Tiny individual potentates decide the issue.

Why develope and implement a business model that is whip- sawed by the vaguries of so many self interested players?

AT&T bought the bridge and now needs to charge tolls of $1000. to make its NUT. Customers are finding other ways to get to the other side. It is not about AT&T and their "infrastructure". It is about consumers and the internet.
